Anniversary, Adam, & Boobs

Today is our anniversary..........

This is Adam, my beloved husband and he is a total DORK! But I still I love him

Fyi all  men appear cute while holding babies.....

Adam and I met in high school but we DID NOT get along. (I was NOT interested in him because he was the nice guy and I only dated bad boys) I was mostly uninterested because my parents LOVED him and you just don't date a guy your parents love. I am pretty sure that is a rule. Adam worked for my dad at our horse farm all through high school and college. Adam and I spent most of our summers playing extremely mean jokes on each other. After we graduated college we realized (I realized) all of our prank playing and bickering at each other was really just our juvenile love.... So we opened that can of worms and started dating. Less than a year later we got married.

He really is a good catch......
He does stuff like plow the snow....

He gives me piggy back rides!
He also puts up with my wild and crazy ideas and usually is not to hard to convince to go along with my absurd plans....

He grabs my boobs a lot...... it gets a little....weird.....

I have TONS of pictures of him doing this...

So I started to fight back, but it didn't bother him so that back fired...

The My favorite thing about Adam is he is an amazing Dad and husband. (except when he doesn't get me Chinese food.........

I am glad I am not an elephant....

Yesterday was kind of a bad day...

I felt like my kids fish "Tape" (he is red and hard to see in this picture) It must suck to be Tape stuck in his tiny bowl all day... he has to wait for someone to feed him, every once and awhile someone looks in and taps the window to make sure he is alive... poor bored Tape....

somewhere in the middle of the day while I was staring out the window (I was also making June's pouty face)  I thought  I have been in bed for 840 hours and I have 2520 hours left to sit here..  I sat and thought: Well that really blows... Then I started thinking of things that could be worse:
I could be an elephant... I mean I know I look like an elephant right now, but seriously elephants are pregnant for 22 months, that is 96 WEEKS!  If I was an elephant and on bed restI would have 11,928 hours left of bed rest. That would suck A LOT worse than my 2520 hours.`

I decided to spend the rest of the day  thinking of things that me feel better....

  Lili & Tootall :)

Adam dressed up as a woman!!! I mean if that doesn't brighten your day..... LOL

Can't keep a smile off your face when you see June dressed as frog.......

I mean come on a midget and a pony.... that is smile cracking!

But the thing that make me smile the most and puts it all into perspective is this:
Lili meeting June.... I can't wait for them both to meet their new little sister, I just will keep praying that that is a long time from now... Even if I have to sit here for another 2520 hours.....I am also thanking God I am not an elephant......

How bed rest began...

So some people wonder how I  actually ended up on bed rest so here is the story....

I train horses for a living, It can be quite an intense job and I spend a ton of time traveling and NOT sleeping. This is me riding "Frankie" one of the horses I train, he  has nothing to do with the story I just like this picture.....

Between the championship show in TN, and another big horse show called The Congress that is in OH, I came home for ONE weekend JUST  for my best friend Laura's wedding.  Laura and I have been best friends since preschool. Both Lili & June were also in the wedding.... They were really excited as you can see...

Anyway I was literally standing up watching my friend take the marital plunge when it started.... contractions!  @#$%^!!!  At first I thought maybe it is just the stupid heels that I was wearing. Or the fact that I was cinched in to the dress too tight.  Maybe it was the fact that June was throwing a major tantrum while I was silently wishing I could use a tazer on her to make her quiet. Unfortunately, they just kept getting worse. So after much deliberation Adam & I decided we needed to leave and go to the ER.  We sped the 3 hours home (got pulled over by the police on the way...ouch)  When we arrived our neighbor Sue came over to stay with the girls while we went to the hospital.

This is Sue

She is VERY trustworthy....

I was admitted to the hospital and put on lots of drugs that made my heart race super fast.  By this time, I was going nuts because the day after the wedding I was supposed to be on my way to OH with one of my favorite clients, Anna. @#$%^^%!!!!!!! VERY unhappy Jen......

This is Anna & me the previous weekend ( I was rapping on the way up  to her class, I feel rapping helps calm my riders before they do really important things...or it amuses me......one or the other)

After 5 days in the hospital with lots of contraction stopping drugs, I was  finally allowed to go home. But I was on STRICT bed rest. LAAAAAAAAAAAAAME  VERY VERY unhappy Jen... plus no going to Ohio. Luckily I was able to talk to Anna and her Mom throughout the horse show and they did an amazing job. They both deserve some serious credit for handling a very sticky situation so well. Not only did they keep it all together, they were so sweet and sent me some yummy Harry & David while I was in the hospital :)

This is Anna in Ohio doing awesome! (she really missed my rapping though...)

I was not only supposed to be in OH for training purposes,  but I am also the youth adviser for our state team that was participating at that competition. I was blessed to have the help of friends  and family that made sure all of the things I was supposed to be taking care of in Ohio was getting done while I was in the hospital.  THANKS FRIENDS &  FAMILY !!!!

The Illinois Youth Team:
So now....I am at home..........in bed............sitting...........

Busted....in the late afternoon

Lili got home about 3 and was HYSTERICALLY crying.....She got a "yellow" card at school today (you start off on green, then yellow is a warning, and red is trouble). Apparently she was not allowed to take something outside.  Since she knew she would be in trouble if she was seen with the forbidden item, she conned some poor little girl into bringing it back inside for her. Obviously she got caught and got a warning...

This is her crying in time out....

Notice June was also in time out for interrupting me while I was discussing the consequences for not listening to Lili.....

I do have to say MOST of the time the girls are very well behaved.....

Sort of anyways.......

So far the rest of the afternoon has resulted in me having a few minor contractions, dozing off, being bored...... dozing off again.

This evening the girls are downstairs watching Rapunzel and having "movie night" this is where you eat popcorn, and drink lemonade. I am SURPRISE....sitting in bed..... I just might get crazy in a bit and take a shower....If something worth writing about happens I will post.....

My typical mornig on bed rest....

So many of you wonder or don't (I wouldn't) what I do everyday.... So today I will let you know EXACTLY what I do......

I wake up around 6am (FYI I just had  to stop typing because June ran out of toilet paper and was FREAKING out ... so I had to go change it....I am also not supposed to change it but Adam is outside and I don't think she would have agreed to just sit there and air dry...)

ANYWAY 6am the girls get up and I tell them things like, get dressed, stop whining, yes you need socks, stop whining, no you can not go commando, stop whining, bring me hair stuff so I can do your hair... blah blah blah.... Then Adam feeds them (Today is Friday so they get to have a pop tart which is super cool if you are 3 & 6)   Lili gets off to school at 7am and then June comes in and she usually dressed something like this:

I call this "The Angry Butterfly"

Thinking of this new blog adventure I decided to record my conversation with her:

After this she scampered off and I sat in bed watching TV on my computer while I flat ironed my hair....

I really don't have much else to do,  why not try to look cute while I sit here and see how pissed of Regina (my uterus that I named)  gets today. I imagine Regina  looking something like this.....

For what ever reason "Regina" is kind of a pain in the butt...  The last few days have been calmer, just random contractions that do not amount to much. Which is great because then my doctor doesn't get all grim reaper on me. I really like my dr. now & having a different doctor deliver this baby TOTALLY freaks me out. Lili's delivery was such a train wreck, and the doctor I had in Arizona was a total douche bag. I am so glad I have someone else now and the whole office is super awesome. But If this baby comes to early I will have to someone else deliver because I would have to go to Rockford where they have a NICU. To avoid this potential trauma I am planning on cementing my vagina shut..... No really I have actually thought about this....

In a nut shell......

Well let me start by saying, I am not a writer, or a blogger, but I am bored.....VERY BORED.... on bed rest, and pregnant with our 3rd baby girl. She is a TROUBLE maker!! I have been on bed rest for 4 weeks so far and have 16 more to go.   I decided to start a blog to pass the time and amuse myself..... This our newest addition:

I am glad she is so cute, because I would seriously be pissed if she wasn't....

This is my husband Adam, he is very sweet and loving....except when he doesn't bring me Chinese food. The little girl is my oldest daughter Lili.

Lili is 6 years old, sweet, smart, and loves to name her pets strange things. (more on that later...)  Lili was also a trouble maker when she was in my belly. I was on bed rest for a few weeks and then ended up delivering her at 33 weeks. She was tiny:

She was beautiful, and we are hoping that we can avoid another early delivery because it really sucked last time. Adam and I were extremely lucky that her NICU stay was only a little over 3 weeks and she didn't end up with any permanent complications.

This is June who is 3, is our middle daughter she is VERY imaginative and funny.

June was born at 38 weeks, which was only possible because I had an excellent doctor & nurses during that pregnancy.  I am really good at making super cute kids but, my stupid uterus  (who I named "Regina") just doesn't like to bake them as long as she should......

 June when she was born...

She was so.....loud....

Our family lives on a horse farm  Milledgeville IL, I know some people are going to laugh but I think it is the most beautiful place ever and I LOVE living here.

So this is my background in a nut shell.... I will start posting on the daily happenings, (or lack there of)  as I continue on this adventure in my bed.....or on the couch.....
